Check In
There are two locations for check in located on Hosea Williams Drive near the following businesses:
Sherwin Williams at Hosea Williams Dr. corner of Howard St. NE
Urban Pie at Hosea Williams Drive and corner of Kirkwood Rd.
Check-In will open at 7 pm and will close at 9 pm.
Last Call
The Wine Stroll will end promptly at 10:00 pm. However, all of downtown Kirkwood restaurants and bars will be open. Look inside your passport for special dining offers and keep the party going in downtown Kirkwood.

Parking
There isn’t any designated parking for the wine stroll. On street parking is available, however, we suggest you walk, bike, take MARTA or a car service to the event. If you do park, please remember to remove any valuables from your car.
First Aid
Should you need medical assistance at any time, please visit the EMS tent located by Arden’s Garden.
Lost & Found
If you lost an item or you find an item, please visit the Sherwin Williams check-in area.
Wine Glasses
The KBOA designs new glassware and orders wine glasses every year. If you would like to purchase glasses from previous years, please email us at [email protected]
Food Bite Stations
No food bite tickets! After check-in, proceed to the two food bite areas that will be clearly marked where you will purchase food bites directly from the restaurant. Bites are up to $5 each. Cash and credit cards are accepted. ATM at the Valero.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21 with valid ID to participate in the wine stroll. Please remember to bring your ID.
Can I bring my baby/young toddler?
Yes, babies and toddlers in baby backpacks or strollers are welcome. Some businesses, however, may be too small and busy to bring your stroller inside and it will need to be left outside during your tasting.
Can I bring my dog?
No, Unfortunately, according to our event permit from the City of Atlanta, dogs cannot attend.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, feel free to send your ticket to a friend. All you need to check in is your ticket either printed out or on your phone for check in. The barcode must be visible.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
For quicker and easier check-in, please bring your printed ticket or pull up your purchase email on the screen of your wireless device. (No worries if you happen to forget your ticket though. We will have the guest list at the welcome table so you can check in by name without your printed ticket.)
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. This is a rain or shine event.
